Gonegirl Designs is a marketplace where you can purchase physical items such as phone cases, and leggings as well as digital templates such as book covers, websites, and mailchimp email newsletters.
We accept most major credit cards through both paypal, and stripe.
We process your items in 3 -5 days.
We ship items within 5 – 7 business days for North America (USA).
We ship items within 10 – 20 business days for international orders.
We also provide tracking numbers for every single order so that you can track your packages, and the dates they will arrive.
Yes we do!
We offer returns, and refunds on physically damaged items that are misprinted, defective, or damaged on arrival.
We do not offer refunds if you yourself have ordered the wrong size item. We have size guides available for all of our apparel so please make sure you read, and select the correct size.
We also cannot offer refunds on our digital downloads due to the nature of Digital source files (once you have it you have it forever. It’s Digital and on your computer. It can’t be returned only deleted).
Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 30 days after the product is received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no more than 30 days after the estimated delivery date.
Yes, we offer free shipping to the USA on orders totaling $75 or more.
We have size guides available for each item on our “Size Guide” section under each apparel item.
Yes, but only if the items themselves are defective, damaged once received, or misprinted. Please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org so we can aid you with returning the items.
We will send you a confirmation email when you order your items. We also list both your shipping, and billing address in your order receipt for you to review before we begin processing, and shipping out your orders.
First to prevent this from happening in the future please make sure you double check when sending your items to an address, and make sure your current address is updated in your account.
We will redeliver your items to your new address, but you will have to pay the cost of re-shipping, and for the new item.
Items lost in transit? We have you covered!
Our partners will cover the costs of reprinting and shipping a replacement order for you.
For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date.
Confirm that the address on your account is correct so that it can be delivered without issue.
Keep in mind that if tracking information states an order was “marked as delivered” our partners cannot reship the order.
