Yes, we do offer refunds in certain cases. We only offer refunds on physical damaged items that are damaged on arrival or packages lost in transit should these issue should ever occur.
1. You have 30 days to file, and return an item to receive a refund.
2. Before filing for a refund you must submit images of the damaged items to email@example.com so that we can access damage to the items.
3. You will responsible for the shipping costs back to our facility.
4. Once we receive, inspect, and approve your returned items we will process your refund back to your original payment method within a few days.
We cannot offer returns or refunds on digital products (such as downloadable digital templates) due to the nature of Digital source files (once you have it you have it forever. It’s Digital and on your computer. It can’t be returned only deleted).
