OUR REFUND/RETURN POLICY
Yes, we do offer refunds in certain cases. We only offer refunds on physical items that are damaged on arrival or packages lost in transit should these issue should ever occur.
If you meet the requirements for a refund:
1. You have 30 days to file, and return an item to receive a refund.
2. Before filing for a refund you must submit images of the damaged items to [email protected] so that we can assess damage to the items.
3. You will responsible for the shipping costs back to our partners facility.
4. Once we receive, inspect, and approve your returned items we will process your refund back to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
Digital Items
We cannot offer returns or refunds on digital products (such as downloadable digital templates) due to the nature of Digital source files (once you have it you have it forever. It’s Digital and on your computer. It can’t be returned only deleted).
We do not offer refunds or exchanges if you ordered the wrong size on physical items as our specific size chart is available for all our products.
